I’ve been using their fixed desks for a few months now.
Nice offices, clean and great customer service.
I’ve had a few viewings over the year with Palak and couldn’t make it work until recently. Palak has always been helpful and even now she is quick to help and sort anything that is needed.
Nice office spaces for day use, open plan, or fixed desks, meeting rooms etc

Nice to have a shared space in Purley. Highly recommend.

Upon meeting the team at Collaborative One, I was pleasantly surprised at what they had to offer. The facilities are very modern, clean and spacious, with lots of potential to build a great business in one of the units. Everything has been amazing thus far and I would highly recommend any other small business owners to consider an opportunity with Collaborative One. I have had a studio at collaborative one since opening and it has been the best start for my business. The facilities and staff are great and my clients love coming here! Palak and Manish always go above and beyond in order to maintain a great environment for all the business’s there. Any building or maintenance issues are sorted quickly and professionally. Un-Collaborative One – A Disappointing Experience

Our experience began positively in August but took a downturn when the management/owners made significant changes. These changes diluted the co-working product we initially signed up for and left us with three problematic options:

1. Upgrade to dedicated desks at an extra cost, but the area isn’t dog-friendly, despite their “pet-friendly” claims.

2. Stay in the co-working area for £150/month, even though they’ve halved the original space to accommodate a dessert café without adjusting the price.

3. Upgrade to a private unit with exorbitantly high rents, doubling our office costs overnight—something we hadn’t budgeted for.

After raising these concerns with one of the owners, Pilkesh, we were shocked by the lack of empathy and understanding. When we highlighted the reduced space, the non-dog-friendly policy, and the sudden cost increase, Pilkesh dismissively claimed, “No I haven’t,” showing little concern for small business owners like us.

We were open to negotiating a fair price for a unit but were shut down outright. This inflexibility has forced us to seek alternative office solutions—a stressful process, especially just before Christmas.

The constant construction and shifting business model further reflect a lack of direction. It’s clear the owners are ill-equipped to manage a co-working space, prioritising short-term gains over the value of long-standing customers.

I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but I feel it’s important to warn others. If you’re a small business looking for stability and support, proceed with caution.
