I was having a panic attack and I needed to find the phone number of St Luke's Hospital in Bradford to cancel my appointment as knew I couldn't get there in that state. Thankfully I was walking past Community Action so went in. The woman there couldn't have been more helpful. She was brilliant, so lovely and reassuring, found the phone number for me, rang the hospital to cancel my appointment for me, and was so kind, helpful and calm. Thank you so much.
