After having one care company try to look after my elderly mum who would of been scattered if they didn’t leave so quick
Along came this team would highly recommend to anyone who needs there relatives looking after all the girls are willing to help my elderly mum who can be very difficult at times we have 4 calls a day and absolutely no problems or if I have had little blip I have phone up spoke to office it’s sorted thanks girls your support and care does not go unnoticed

Worst care agency I have ever come across, their level of care is woeful. They also remove reviews they don't like!
First day of care for my elderly father I came into the room to find the carer trying to force feed him his breakfast. They are supposed to stay for half an hour per visit some have managed to stay as long as 12 minutes.
I get phone calls most days. One call to say there was no blister packs of medication left, have you looked in the cupboard was my response, no was theirs ( it appears to be easier to pick up the phone than look in a cupboard)
Unfortunately we can't move on from this care yet as they are supposedly "assessing" his care needs, which in itself is a worry as it appears to be too difficult for them to open a cupboard!

I have had a carer come at 11am every tuesday for the last few weeks. The staff have never been late and they are a very friendly group of girls. My carer showers me and washes my hair and makes sure I'm dry before assisting me with dressing. This takes approx half an hour (for which I'm scheduled). I'm very happy to pay for this service as, after all, its what my care rate of pip is provided for. It also gives me the chance to have a welcome chat at the same time.

Excellent Company with high standards, staff are so pleasant, professional and experienced don't know how we coped before we had them in to look after my father. Would highly recommend this Company to anyone.

Staff don't turn up leaving people vulnerable. If you try to complain they say it's not their fault. A BIG SAFEGUARDING ISSUE. Not all the staff but the minority let the company down

Disgraceful. Would not wish this service on my worst enemy. Hugely rude on the phone aswell. A poor reputation within the local community. Go elsewhere!
