Situated in the Harrovian Village in Bessborough Road, Harrow.
Mencap are the go to Mental Health charity.
I have been dealing with the service and found a great engagement from the start, I was seeking Advocacy to move forward with my complaint regards to a surgical procedure by the Hospital from my engagement with the CQC to the Government Ombudsman NHS.
A very emotive process for me, I have been treated with a balanced and reassuring response that is both necessary for me and the complexities involved in this case.

There service in pinner green is appalling the staff are rude and disrespectful and show no care to the disabled patients they look after. The staff spit on the floor , fly tipp and allow disabled members to flash others and run into the road
