Phenomenal place for people dealing with mental health issues. It will help build a structure/routine to your day which will in turn boost your motivation and confidence outside in the real-world! The staff are a credit to the service! Self-referrals can also be made and these can take upto 3 weeks to fully process, so get there early.

A very useful place for getting support with living well with mental illness. I'm finding it useful, not just for the structured help from staff, but also the hints and tips passed on from clients. I'm new to this side of mental health problems and I've received some great tips on living well, such as navigating the ESA process and dealing with bad days etc.

Far and away the best service in Kirklees for mental health, both one to one support and group activities.
Staff are approachable, knowledgeable and patient - regularly going above and beyond for service users.
