Booked them to take my Dad to the dentist. They came ten days early. When I queried this they said they don’t take bookings until a week before. No idea how this happened as I clearly mentioned the date. When I made the booking they never mentioned needing to wait a week to book. Called to make the booking again. They turned up and took my Dad to the doctors instead of dentist. The dentist was about 7 minutes from the doctor but they refused to take him as they said it would not work for timings. I get that things can be misheard in phone calls but this was ridiculous. Also when I called to discuss I was told that my Dad needed to be registered for Kent Carrier services so the job shouldn’t have been booked anyway. All very well but why didn’t anyone tell me this beforehand and why didn’t they repeat the location back to me on the phone? Really bad service.

We needed a wheelchair friendly taxi service to move our mum to another local care home but NONE of the local taxi companies could help, despite their ads saying they provide disabled transport services. So we turned to Compaid and they were able to help. Many thanks.

This Charity does excellent work for the local elderly and disabled. Funded only by donations.... Well worth supporting to allow them to continue their hard work
