Great service all around! They where very helpful when I was asking question and I could tell that they actually cared and wanted to help me and my Grandma! Couldn’t ask for better service, it’s not often you find a care company that actually care!

I would rate this company 0 stars if I could. I would urge anyone not to place there loved ones in the care of these money grabbing people, they are not interested in the welfare of the clients they are meant to be caring for, let alone their staff. Management is a complete shambles and higher management just look on from their ivory tower, as long as they're getting paid they don't care that clients are being neglected, documents are being illegally falsified, staff are working without adequate rest breaks in between shifts. I will be filing a report to CQC, this company should be shut down, and management should be ashamed of themselves. I have read the reviews of this company on Google, Indeed and Glassdoor and can't say I'm surprised at the sheer amount of negative reviews from both clients and ex staff.

My Mum has been receiving support from Compassionate Care since the company she had pulled out without informing her leaving her frightened and vulnerable.
Cc have turned out to be a gift that keeps giving. The level of friendship and support is keeping Mum happy and secure in her home and returned some of the confidence she lost after Dad passed.
Mental health issues are very misunderstood in elderly care, assuming it is always physical needs that have to be met. Thankfully Cc have acknowledged the massive importance of the much needed support and are helping to keep Mum out of the care system and safe in her own home. A huge thank you to all of the team.
