Absolutely disgusting, in all my time I have never been this disappointed in my life, can't have a shower because your repair team hasn't shown up, I also have family coming, what are they going to do to clean themselves, have a dip in the lake, not happy at all and you wonder why I want to move out of your property

Worst repair team going, my roof has been leaking and reported last year, ive had scaffolding up since january and the roof is still not done! Sick of ringing them, i reported a conifer thats nearly touching the pylons over 2 years ago and they said we will remove it and its still there! Reported severe mould in the bedroom they sent someone out who said it was terrible, took a few pictures and ive never heard from them again! Useless!

Connect Housing go the extra mile. Their base hosts not only their offices but a large open plan café space and two meeting rooms which they use to run and support a variety of groups and activities for their residents and the wider community. They have recently funded a small social enterprise start-up in the coffee shop. The Connect Housing staff team are really caring, and give a lot to support people - I have never known a housing association like it.

We have a craft group 12pm to 3pm every Friday..great to learn a craft or just to sit and chat ..cafe available for food and refreshments ..

Absolutely rubbish as a housing association been living in one of there homes for over 15 years now and they great at first but now they don't do things you report things and nothing gets done terrible
