This is a great Coop and the Staff are fantastic. The reason for the three stars are based on range of products and price. I understand you have to adhere to plans and stock levels from Head Office and seasonal items. It is also great the offers you stock, such as the pizza deals. I have visited your store for an essential shop due to having car issues. The overall cost blew me away at £67 I was dumbfounded that I didn't even have two bags full. You stock very few coop basics and a bottle of tomato sauce is £3.50. I am asking for you to actually look at stocking more basic items. The village is not all affluent and some people are on a limited budget, it's a disgrace you are part of the community and society but actually don't look after the local community based on price and items you stock. I could have been to Sainsburys, Asda, Morrisons and several others and the total would have come to £38-£45. This is wrong that I can have a delivery and still pay no where near the price for coop. Before you lose custom seek advice and ask the local village over a survey. You'd be very surprised by the results of a survey. Specific I can explain that you would score high of service of staff and low on price and stocked labelled items.

This is a great local Community store. A good range of products and kept well topped up. Very friendly and helpful staff at all times. Their service has not faltered during this covid crisis, despite coping with difficult safety requirements and the quality of the food has been excellent as always.
The only downside is that its a bit too convenient and has had a significant effect on many village waistlines lol. When this is all over we should all make a point of supporting them and ourselves of course with the 5% rebate if you have a membership card. Was pleased to hear that with the exception of some imported fruits, all their products are produced in UK.

Probably the best coop in the east of England. Staff whose friendly manner and efficient service lifts the soul on each visit. The new layout is a triumph of logic and guides you perfectly through your shopping experience. Wonderful

The lovely staff are always friendly, right thro this awful pandemic. Especially the cleaner forgive me don't know her name and the lovely Gillian i think thats right always a happy smile even helped me look for a tenner i thought I'd lost but was caught in my coat pocket to you all i say thank you

Not great. Staff were miserable and rude. Huge que and staff seemed to rather chat about other people than crack on with serving.
