Was waiting for my car to be ready at the nearby garage and was really excited to find such a big and well stocked charity shop for a cause I believe in, however after a couple of minutes I was quite rudely told to leave as I had a dog which might break something or defecate on the floor. I can't believe that an animal charity would be so anti animal or so small minded as to say my dog was a fouling risk. Charity shops are always very dog friendly and give treats freely so I'm pretty shocked by this attitude and the implications it has for the care of animals at the hospital itself

Great place, has a huge area of stock and prices are good. Not many places have furniture now, they do. The staff are friendly and helpful and it's a worthy charity. Been a few times now and very happy with the items I've purchased.

Was told to leave as I had try to use a exercise bike and employee shout (GET OFF YOU CAN AFFORD THAT) so rude good stuff bad employees

Always have a good selection of clothing, housewares and some furniture. Prices are very reasonable and being on the old Tescan site ensures there is plenty of parking both for shopping and dropping off donations.

Great value in the Pool stire where I bought a lovely dining table with 2 chairs for £35 and Redruth shop where I bought clothes for work all £1 per item. Lovely helpful staff.

I occasionally nip into their shops looking for things to upcycle. To get the best out of it, you have to go in frequently.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Sometimes small furniture can be had for pennies.
