Was donating items to them and the woman behind the counter was unbelievablely rude and unpleasant to me, she made me feel stupid for something I didn't realise. There was no need for her patronising attitude. I would not recommend shopping here nor donating here. The only person that was genuinely nice was the gentleman working in there, he was the only one that was nice to me and my partner. This woman has 0 customer service skills at all and quite frankly should not be working in a customer service faced position even if it is voluntary, a vile woman.

Absolutely wonderful place! They looked after my dad during his final weeks and everyone was incredibly kind and respectful and I could not fault a single thing! Thank you so much for taking such amazing care of my dad, my entire family has nothing but good words to say about this hospice and everyone who works there!

I would like to say a big thank to all the Doctors nurse’s and all the other staff of St Julia’s for their kindness in looking after my sister in law Carole who sadly passed away in the hospice on 8/1/21 after a 5 week stay in the hospice. I was able to visit her and meet the the staff who was looking after her and was so kind to my brother in law Warren and my self. Once again we would like to say a big thank you.
