Im dealing with CASA now, and this woman T.....T is not working in the best interest for the children or family. She threatened me on her first encounter with me. I tried to contact state they said, it is an office issue. But if you inform of an issue against a CASA it does not go any where unless DCS complains. Its a waste of time. I was a CASA for five years, they have pushed me out of the case, bc they are looking at a lawsuit against DCS and CASA. CASA did not even investigate the case, she took reports at face value. Now, taking into consideration the judge sees value in recommendations from CASA seriously, and normally goes on CASAs recommendations. I have several complaints

1) intimidation
2) not investigating case thoroughly.
3) making recommendations on stand that were lies
4) when ask if this would traumatize the children further she stated "It doesnt matter, they are already traumatized," then then they were placed with strangers.

Now, it is going to affect them the rest of their lives. All because CASA and DCS wanna olay children as pawns and turn family against one another and divide the family. This makes me, never to want to be a CASA again in my life.

New name for DCS- Destroyer of Children's Services with CASAs helo, to TPR parents when CASA has no compassion or empathy for reunification

Thank you for asking my opinion.based uping my experience with CASA. Laws need changed here
