I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and share my positive experience. Criss, I genuinely believe you are doing an incredible job, and I can’t thank you enough for the support you’ve provided. You’ve gone above and beyond to help me, and it has made such a difference in my life.from homelessness to fantastic life …

Thanks to your guidance, I’m currently living in a two-bedroom shared house that is both comfortable and conveniently located near many facilities. On top of that, my Newcastle home application is now active, and I’m bidding weekly for houses, which has brought me one step closer to settling down.

I truly appreciate all your hard work and support. You’re making such a positive impact, and I can’t recommend you highly enough!

Place couldn't care for other rough sleepers! Shocking they serve a 1st come 1st serve policy while they are that many homes. Maybe Crisis Skylight could do a better job by not employing staff that have zero clue about rough sleeping, you wanna get housed? Do it yourself and see how quick results are than here!!!

DO NOT GO HERE WHEN YOUR HOMELESS!!!

Crisis is situated in Newcastle upon Tyne it works with people who are finding it difficult to find accommodation and work.
There are plenty of courses which you can participate in.
There are courses in literacy and numeracy.
Catering,woodwork ,Art , computers.
And on a Monday and Friday between the hours of 2pm and 4pm there is a drop in for people to go in regarding house searching the staff are very professional and very helpful.
A drop in centre for a coffee or tea and a chat with the team.
Also a cafe which serves the public and the crisis team.
Here is a few photographs of the cafe area and some of the art work that some members have done whilst being at the crisis skylight.
Pleasr pop in and find out how they COULD help you.
They also look for volunteers to help out.
Thank you for reading.
Regards Billy.
