A wonderful community hub that offers a wide range of varied activities for all generations. The cafe serves simple, quick, easy and nice selection of hot and cold dishes, tea, coffee and/or cake and there's free WiFi access too. The hub also hosts a number of local community groups who make interesting presentations across a number of different topics and there's an IT drop in session every Monday, to help with IT issues. Highly recommended.

Great place for breakfast and lunch. Staff are friendly and service and food very good. There's an area where you can browse second hand goods and there's different things going on like art classes etc. They hold special events too. Age uk Salford is the charity organiser and they hold a CAB service. We'll worth a visit just for the atmosphere

The History Group meeting was excellent. We were given an illustrated talk by Paul Sherlock, who has discovered numerous plaques in various places across the city of Salford, that bear the names of many elected mayors of this city and the Lord Mayors of Manchester on buildings and bridges, as well as benches. Afterwards, I stayed on to feast on a beautiful beef and vegetable casserole accompanied by a good cup of tea. Later on, I was joined by 2 friends, who had called in for lunch and a chat. Whilst sitting with them, I enjoyed a toasted tea cake. The staff here are always most pleasant and helpful. They have dealt with the social distancing due to Covid really well.
