My mum has lived at croft house for the past 4 years, when the time came and dad needed care I had no hesitation about placing him at croft house because the Care my mum has been given is exceptional. Dad has now been at croft for the past 2 years he is happy and well looked after, the staff are kind and patient and the most caring people I have ever met.

I feel happy when I'm at home because they are happy and well cared for. If I ever do need to raise concerns the management and staff are quick to act upon it, and are very helpful.

I can't thank the staff and management enough would 100% recommend putting your loved ones in croft house.

I wouldn't place a rabid dog in care here. It's the pits. Never have I been inside such a disgraceful and depressing environment. I've cared for many relatives and close friends across many care homes, and never have I experienced a care home like this!
It should be closed down.

My grandma has suffered a physical and psychological abuse at this care home. They are now under investigation by both safeguarding and the police. DO NOT send your loved one here. - even if you install cctv in their rooms the carers will turn them around or off to try and evade capturing their actions. Disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourselves

If your loved one is in this home please look for alternative care. They are abusive and will cover up crimes committed by their staff against the residents. An abusive place with management who turn a blind eye to literally black and blue, terrified residents. It needs closing down.

If the rude reception we received when asking to view the home last Thursday is anything to go by, Croft House seems a place to avoid. It was obvious that they didn't want us looking round and that says it all. Fortunately, four other homes we visited during the day were more than happy for us to view.

Unfortunately I do not recommendation Croft house at Ossett. My family member was admitted here and needless to say we soon realised the standard of care at croft house was im my view of poor. When issues were realised with the home I heard excuse after excuse and nothing improved if anything things got worse and consequently I removed my family member from this home.

Well I would recommend looking around if you have an old person who needs to be looked after . Staff very nice and the rooms are amazing and lovely and friendly . I would rate it a 10 out of 10 . Love this place .

Poor care .. if your loved one needs full time care then please don’t take them to Croft House .. there clothes and belongings go missing never to be seen again .. if your loved one is hard work they’ll be put in there room and left .. there’s an handful of very good carers but the majority are terrible .. the management are full of promises but believe me nothing changes absolutely nothing .. it’s a very depressing place because of the things you see .. I rarely write reviews but this needed to be said please believe everything I’ve written because I would hate other families to go through what me and my family have been through ..
