Great company! I’m actually really happy with the treatment I got there, the employees were very nice, they were concerned at all times that all my needs were covered. I went there with an issue, and not only they solved it, but they gave me a great experience, which is not normal for businesses that big. Would definitely recommend!!

Love how my reviews keep dissappearing🤣 disgusting company who think you're below them as a council tennant. I studied law, they're lucky I didn't put them in their place when they didn't replace my dangerous cooker as the pipe was open from the back or loft the carpet due to me being asthmatic. Took them 12 days for them to get someone out to fix a shower head. Just a pack of !diots who can barely speak English

I would avoid considering selling your property to this organisation. They are unprofessional, rude and time wasting. I accepted an offer from Cromwood on my one bedroom flat. This was agreed and therefore I instructed a solicitor at the cost of £300 upfront to take the sale forward. Then one month later they asked for a lease extension due to their funding requirements. They asked if I could start the process as they would have to wait otherwise. I said I was happy to do so as long as they covered all cost. Contact then slowed and would not respond to my solicitor. Responses were vague at best. Then six months after the process had started they wanted me to pay the lease extension and said they only agreed the sale price on this basis. I have written evidence the sale was agreed without any mention of the lease. A lease extension would increase the property price. I wouldn't have accepted the offer and instructed a solicitor. When asking to be compensated for their error to cover the legal costs neither I or my agent have received a response. I would avoid like the plague! Over six months has been wasted due to their unprofessional and frankly cowboy behaviour!

Terrible association. They work when they want to. Yesterday (a wednesday) the entire office was closed with no notice or prior warnings. My front door has been broken in since SATURDAY 1ST OCTOBER and they still haven’t sent anyone out to come and repair it. No replies whatsoever about the situation. Someone has recently been kicked out of my property and the room they were staying in is rancid and needs cleaning and repair, it’s been a whole week and not one person has come to sort out that room. These Cromwood people are lazy and do not care about the welfare of their tenants, they just want their money. Despicable

Unpleasant experience dealing with Cromwood Housing associations the place was covered in mould ,the staff are rude disrespectful there is only one nice staff member the lady with dreadlocks the rest are ignorant they tell lies,break into your house,don't carry out repairs, yet they good at introducing on your privacy with 3 monthly house inspection stay away from Cromwood Housing associations the worst in the Uk

This is the most unprofessional housing organisation I have ever come across. The staff are rude and unprofessional and they will leave you for weeks waiting for repairs. All they are interested in is waiting for you to not be at home so they can use keys to gain entry to your property so they can snoop around your house.

The worst company ever in the UK. I have reported a leaking celling its been morethan a 2 months now they haven't fixed it yet theres leakage everywhere in my tiny room they always sending cowboys to fix they always say will come tomorrow and they always never come they disappear. I had no hot water when i first moved in it took me few months till they fixed it.
