If you want transport for a disabled person to your door then be prepared to be let down constantly. You can book a week in advance only to be told 1 day beforehand that they can’t supply your transport leaving you with no one to turn to and basically being stuck in your house.
Any one who has a good word to say hasn’t obviously been a regular user of the Easylink service.
I’m currently in contact with social services as the company is failing the disabled and elderly within our city.

In Nottingham Community Transport, all the drivers are super friendly and will always wait, there electric buses are really comfy. Sometimes they are quite late, but a bus cant just fly over traffic! My only criticism is how old and sometimes cold the buses on the L10 can be.

Edit: I have increased the review for this company as my only criticism is getting improved especially on Saturdays. Also this company seem to be stepping-in to save a lot of local bus routes recently, without which some community's would be left without a bus service. This does show theire true community spirit and that they really do care about theire customers and the people of Nottingham. Well done CT4N!
