After this, there was the play Spindrift about the extraordinary story of Carol Steiner, Nobel Prize in Quantum Biology. The garden was beautifully decorated and well trimmed. The staff was professional and friendly. We are immensely grateful to one of them to managed our dog while we were watching the play, which we didn't expect."

What a lovely little piece of quiet relaxation, with a glass of chilled wine and freshly cooked pizza. You wouldn't believe this could be found opposite a large Wetherspoons, but it is like a little oasis in the city centre. The staff here are top notch, and that's not just the wine talking 😉

Lovely setting, great atmosphere, good beer and cider. Pizzas were delicious, despite not having all the ingredients as described on the menu, but this was explained before we placed our order.

Beautifully intimate and luscious garden bar in the centre of the city. We’ve been multiple times now and always have a lovely welcome and relaxed evening. Food is great, particularly the mushroom pizza and Levantine board! Dogs welcome too which is great.

Curious Directive have launched a pop up Botanical Bar in their beautiful garden for the summer. Serving beers, wines and gin from local Norfolk producers and some of the tastiest pizza that I have ever eaten! Well done Curious Directive, you've created something lovely and special

My wife and I visited for their immersive gastronomy experience. The venue is nice and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Having never been to an immersive dining experience before we weren't really sure what to expect, but nevertheless it exceeded what we thought it might be.

The tie in between the food and the play itself was very well done and cleverly linked. The food, from a variety of top end Norwich restaurants was all excellent, the service and delivery was really done well as well.

The three actors were excellent and NO SPOILERS performed all.of their different roles really well.

We will definitely go back for another event in the future. If you are prepared to dive into the experience (no audience participation required!!) then you will have a great time.

Definitely one of my fave places in Norwich, delighted they've opened a second year running. Beautiful garden in grounds of the church. Real attention to detail with floodlight Church and fairy lights under mature trees. Carefully curated food and drink menu including pizzas, tasting boards and the best dessert! Honeycomb toffee to die for! Have recommended to countless friends for a great ambience and people.

Had a great evening, the staff were so friendly and helpful, everything was covid safe, we had a 5.30 slot and the time till 8 flew by. The setting was lovely with lights and lovely plants. We had a sharing platter and a few pizzas, it all tasted great. We are both veggies and had loads of options, the selection of drinks was great with some local twists.
