These were recommended to me near back end of last year I did a self referral form on website and in January of this year i started my 8 weeks of counselling with a lady called Gemma and within the first five mins of my first session Gemma put me at ease and I instantly felt like I was talking to someone I’d known all my life so understanding caring over my next 7 sessions her help and advice was second to none don’t think she knows just how thankful I am to her and don’t think I’d be where I am to if it hadn’t been for Gemma.Xx

I have had 8 sessions here and carnt thank Phil enough. I feel much better now than i did 8 weeks ago, I still have some ongoing things going on but I know where they are when I need them. Thank you so much means alot.

I had 8 sessions of counselling at cygnus and it has done more for me than all the counselling I've had in the past 30 years......cant thank my counsellor and the people involved enough......so lucky I was referred here

The people there are lovely, it's small but very welcoming upstairs and down. Very comfatable and relaxing good place to get your troubles off your chest. They make you feel very welcome. X

While I'm sure the staff are well meaning But 6 months on from first approaching them and despite contacting them occasionally to find out what's happening I feel very let down.
