My wife and I pop into Daisy Chain twice a week and have done since it opened in Portrack. We have always felt very comfortable, at ease to wander around, no pressure whatsoever. In the shop there are literally dozens of items (including furniture, toys, clothing, electrical, bric-a-brac, books, lp’s, dvd’s, kitchenalia, etc.,etc. I can honestly say that the prices for their goods cannot be matched!! The staff at the desk, information, payment, etc. are absolutely brilliant. Very knowledgeable, very polite and very friendly. There is also an excellent cafe, ask for something, special the staff will do their utmost to provide it. May I make a special mention of Stephen on the main desk. He is efficient, professional and always very helpful. Well done each and everyone. Re Managers, store staff, drivers, price controllers and indeed their volunteers. Thank you, David and Pat Hooton.

Most amazing place for families with autistic children staff are amazing and friendly. We try to go every Saturday and it makes a big difference to our lives to have somewhere we can go and not feel judged if the boys are having a hard time of it.

As a charity I fail to see what Daisy Chain actually does other than collecting money from donations.

An example is the fun day today (6/5/2019)

I took my 5 year old who is diagnosed with ASD, almost everything was chargeable ! I can expect its a fund raising event, but for what?

I would presume events like today would be free with monies that has already been contributed from peoples generosity.

What does this Charity do with its funds from the many charity boxes, events like today and the store on Portrack? Because I am still waiting to see the chairty give something back.

My daughter has never received anything from this Charity in regards to support yet everytime I see a Daisy Chain box I'd be gullible enough to drop a fiver or what ever I had at the time in it... No more!!

Paul Pruden's review makes sense to me now.
