I attended a parent and carers first aid session with my teenage son. We both learnt so much and left feeling confident we could deal with a variety of situations. He’s taking health and social care at school so had some knowledge already but all things related to under ones were new to him - he found it very interesting learning the difference techniques for CPR and choking. I also had some prior CPR knowledge but again it was for adults not babies and children.

It was great to get hands on with the dummies - both adult and baby - to understand how much pressure to use and the techniques too.

We learnt so much, thank you for being so welcoming and answering our questions as we went along. I’d highly recommend this to any new parent or carer. Even if you have prior knowledge it’s so important to refresh. Plus there’s always something new to learn!

Professional, highly knowledgeable and personable, Jennie made sure that everyone in our group understood the various protocols and practices in regards to First Aid.

Jennie came to our house to do the first aid course. She is so knowledgeable and friendly, we are due our first baby next month and I feel so much more confident in my own knowledge now and that the grandparents have all they need to know to help out with baby too.
Really recommend this course to anyone who is around babies, children we all really enjoyed it!
