EXTREMELY NON PROFESSIONAL
They pretend they are professional piling company
Been in chat lst 2 months. Have paid a deposit of £17k. They have been assked to come and visit site, they refused stating we do this regular basis. They didnot know that site is small for massive machines. No guidance. The strucutral engineer used took 4 weeks to prepare the drawings and were completely incorrect. The other structural engineer didnot know what to dith drawings. Little little mistakes when you paying for it which cost a cusotmer. Lloyd has always ensured to win the trust. He always confirmed that all is absolutely fine no more information is needed. After failed site attendance and leaving the machines for 1 week due to holidays they still charge all money knowing its all their mistakes. Finally they admitted the mistakes and suggested we should have been doing a mini piling. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED IF LLOYD STATES ALL IS GOOD WOULD NEVER TRUST. RECOMMENDED A FRIEND TO THEM THEY VISITED THE SITE BUT AFTER HE DECIDED NOT TO PROCEED WITH DART. GUYS BEWARE! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY IF YOU GO WITH DART, GO WITH PROFESSIONALS. I HAVE OFFERED THEM A PROPOSAL TWICE IF THEY ACCEPT GOOD OTHER WISE I WILL HAVE TO START LEGAL PROCEEDINGS.
