The assistant counters are fantastic. Pharmacist/chemist/assistant pharmacist pompous fools, mis diagnosed cellulitis for athletes foot because management couldn't be bothered to look. Could have died from a blood infection. Will never seek advice from anyone other than the counter assistants if/when I have to return.

Was a great pharmacy, never any issues have had deliveries for myself and my husband for years. Driver off sick so hubby offered to collect from dispensing machine and now his not allowed to recommence his deliveries as apparently full to capacity ! We have our medications delivered together so what’s the issue being 1 extra box on the same journey to the same house! Store manager rude and patronising the same as the larger counter assistant, other staff members always lovely including drivers

I have been served on many occasions at this pharmacy as I collect medication for a friend.
The Pharmacists are very helpful, friendly and polite.
However, some other staff generally seem rather disagreeable, not friendly, abrupt and verging on rude.
It would be so refreshing to see manners. I only use this outlet for my friend and would certainly recommend other pharmacies who employ caring, kind and polite staff such as Boots at the Willows, Mayfield and Boots in Paignton.

Always has significant queues and seemingly only one person serving at a time. Doesn’t matter when you’ve put your prescription request in - 3 days, 1 day, an hour - it is NEVER ready when you go to collect. Closes ridiculously early on a Saturday. Some staff feel it necessary to grill you on your payment method (pre-paid certificate). A smile and/or apology wouldn’t hurt staff now and again. Changing to new pharmacy because of the above.
