Great community hub. Very good and cheaply priced lunches available to the general public.

Aid provided on a shoe string during January the kitchen has been upgraded, with fast cooling equipment, and repainted. It should help those who have to spend enable them to bring in pasty an pie, to add to a good, filling meal. We'll done to those who have levered up the funds, to give those who have little, a place of warmth, sit down and enjoy each others company.

Previously felt unsafe using facility for security and hygienic reasons.
Also food was often unpalatable
Dirty tables and place was full of junk

Visited in recent weeks ...Felt safe and hygiene has underwent a transformation to high standards for an establishment serving food and helping the homeless etc
Actual food served is first class (congratulations to Chef)
Received first class advice and support from the team allocated to support clients Amanda, Sue and Beth are pricless...
I volunteered for allotment. Idea is to grow food for the daylight kitchen

A great place to eat if you're hard up or unemployed. They will also help you if you're homeless or unemployed and having difficulty.
It is in the process of undergoing a much needed refurbishment.
The Daylight centre used to be Wellingborough Library until the new library was built in Pebble Lane next to Wellingborough Market.
The Daylight Centre is a charity so any voluntary contributions of food or funds would be greatly appreciated.
