We went to Deafconnect in Northampton on friday the 3rd of January 2020 at 10am
We had a meeting with an advisor JL we we're very Dissatisfied the two advisors we saw make all the Decisions for you and get it all wrong BIG TIME.
I was sitting in the office with my Mrs and JL i was told by J L i had to leave the office if i spoke but the two advisors made two more phone calls while i was sitting in the office which again were totally wrong BIG TIMEI had to phone the Doctors to sort the mess out thay had made and get their phone Calls BLOCKED. we went back on Monday the 6th of January 2020 9.30am to tell them no more we cannot cope with Deafconnect and get the contact sheet back and get wiped off there computers Thay do not seem to know what thay are doing .PLEASE NO MORE WE CAN'T COPE PLEASE NO MORE.
Update 8/1/20.
I am still waiting for a phone call from JL
Why i am so upset is because JL and an interpreter made three phone call to the doctors for something my Mrs never had and doesn't need i was trying my hardest to tell them thay had got it wrong all JL said i had to leave the office Abrupt Bad Mannered but i was in the RIGHT ALL THE TIME THAY ARE DANGEROUS PEOPLE AS THAY WILL NOT LISTEN.
All we went for was to enrol but we will not go back as thay cannot do their job and cannot listen very bad manners.
There is a lot working at deafconnect thay all need a kick up the backside if thay were working for me would tell them to go home and not to come back and i would not pay them for what thay had done.
I have been in business 48 years i go to 8/12 business meetings a week Solicitors banks Agents Accountants Tenants customers but in all my years i have never been to a meeting like that one have i JL
Deafconnect are tampering with the reviews to make themselves look better than thay are which is not fair on the deaf and hard of hearing who need Help the lady in charge who comes from Bedfordshire she is good at spouting off on Radio Northampton but she just keeps berries her head in the sand i have been waiting for her to phone for FIVE years.
Thay make you feel like a Serial Killer.
I HAVE PUT MORE ON X,COM and FACEBOOK PLEASE LOOK thanks.

We had a bit of a negative experience with Deafconnect as we had a housing situation and the advisor instead of listening to the deaf person, was on the phone with the hearing landlord and was agreeing with him and we felt even more isolated. I'm glad that Corby now does have a drop in service from Deaf connect that has nothing to do with Joanna Steer who was the one "helping" us. The person who turned up at Morrisons to help was great with us and got our enquiry sorted out. Thank you!

Helped me find a local ear clinic that sorted my hearing problem in minutes. Incredibly helpful and did all the phoning round for me. Brilliant charity.
