Residents are amazing. Staff are supportive and genuinely want to do an amazing job. Unfortunately, they cant retain staff so rely heavily on agency which has knock on implications.
Belligerant management toxicates an already difficult job, putting additional and unnecessary pressure on staff.
Those that have been there more than 12 -15yr are seriously under valued in their knowledge and skills. Newer managers are very demanding in their desire to leave their mark and are inconsistent. If you can ignore the empty threats and get on with your work, this is certainly a place that will bring a lot of intrinsic reward.

It's all about the money and if your face fits. High staff turn over and regularly short staffed with on many occasions no team leader.
