We really enjoyed the puppy foundation course. Adam and Stella were very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We found having online and in person classes and the Facebook group super helpful. After losing our previous Labrador traumatically last year, we decided to get another Labrador pup. We knew we needed a good trainer as it had been 9 year since we had a pup. My wife found Delders Dogs online and was immediately attracted to the services and depth of knowledge that Adam and the team had. We had a brilliant introduction call with Adam who gave us an overview, and we signed up straight away. He gave us so much confidence that we were in safe hands.

We thought we had good training with our last dog but the training with Delders Dogs was on another level. The combination of online sessions, training for us to train our dog, the in person classes, the resources (handbooks, videos, guides etc), and the social media support was such a great mix. It really helped us to get through some challenging times, get reassurance, and learn.

We also had a great 1:1 with Carly who helped us with some initial work like setup and sit down stand, and then Adam who helped us with loose lead walking which was a complete game changer.

We couldn’t recommend Adam, Stella and the team highly enough. They’ve really helped give our puppy the best start to life and we will be forever grateful. The amount of work they put in, and the teams passion for dogs and for helping the owners, is clear to see and we couldn’t recommmend them highly enough.

All I can say is Delder Dogs are amazing. We have a 9yo, 4yo and a new puppy we kept from the 4yos litter. Third time lucky is how we see it. So far training is great, sit down stand, nailed. It's your choice, nailed, loose lead work in progress, recall, getting better everyday. Having these guys at the end of a Facebook group and weekly meets to chat through and explain correct methods has been a godsend. We can't recommend these guys enough.

Outstanding Training & Ongoing Support – Worth Every Penny!

We have two other dogs who are 4 & 8 yrs old who, while generally well-behaved, never had formal training and have their own little quirks. When we decided to keep a puppy from a litter we bred, we knew we wanted to get it absolutely right this time around. Adam and Stella were both awesome in helping me train my Staffy puppy Ekko. Honestly, I didn't know what I was doing and felt really frustrated with Puppy hood. With help from Delders Dogs I actually have found I loved training Ekko. He isn't perfect but he's 1000x better than he was and I feel much more equipped for future challenges with him. If you're struggling with a new puppy 10/10 would recommend.

When looking for puppy training classes it was a little overwhelming as there were so many options.

I started by looking at recommendations from friends and choosing Delder’s Dogs was definitely the right choice.

From the initial discovery call to the end of Puppy Foundations my confidence and knowledge has increased so much.

I feel that the Facebook Live set us up for the week and gave us lots to think about and practice. The face to face sessions then give you chance to refine and ask questions, have Stella and Adam demonstrate and then it’s almost like a lightbulb moment of ‘oh yes, that makes sense now!’

Nothing is ever going to be easy with a puppy but by being part of the group you never feel alone and can see issues that you experience, others are experiencing the same too.

Adam, Stella and Grace (who we had a one to one session with very early on) have been encouraging and supportive offering lots of ideas and tips specifically for our puppy along the way.

So if you are thinking about signing up or not sure then I would 100% recommend - looking forward to Progression for even more fun!!
