Having massive trouble with dwp. Rang 8 weeks ago got a appointment for May 7th. Arrived 20 mins prior to my appointment. Got took in a room and my heart sank. I was told we can't help you we have no staff or volunteers. Absolutely gutted as await court with dwp now I'm back to square one again.
