Only put one star because it's not possible to put zero.
Supposed to be a wages paying service. Bearing in mind that to do a PA/care job in the first place means scraping by on a minimum wage to do a job you love, this organisation are TERRIBLE at doing the only one job they have to do (paying wages and communicating). They don't seem to realise that it's ILLEGAL to give out payslips saying someone will be paid X amount, but then not actually bother paying them that correct amount and instead pay less, with no communication or explanation.
They wrongfully paid me out a tax rebate straight from my employers account instead of applying to the tax office for it back. This resulted in there not being enough money in my employers account for all of my (low) wages to get paid on the correct paydate.
Their "fix" for this error was to give me a payslip stating the correct amount I SHOULD HAVE been paid.....but pay me some £200 short. With ZERO communication with either myself or my employer about this. Then randomly pay me the remainder 2 weeks later with zero communication.
This is illegal BTW.
After Quite Some Time of my employer having to waste their life chasing this up (it's astounding how an organisation that has one job - pay wages - can get this So Wrong) and being fobbed off with answers like "SorrY you're going to have to wait till Monday, the person who pays the wages isn't in today" ...they bothered to inform my employer about what they had done the previous month.
When they did the same again the following month and my employer complained Again about my lack of wages and inaccurate payslip, they said "well if we do that..." [ie give me a payslip correctly stating the correct amount I am being paid] "...then we'll have to give her 2 payslips in 1 month , do you want us to do that?" As if they are entirely unaware of the illegality of eg giving me a payslip stating I have been paid 525 but actually paying me 340 with no communication or explanation about this and no knowledge to me or my employer about when the remainder should be paid. Leaving my employer to have to chase you up. This leaves me in a terrible position where I cannot claim the UC I am entitled to because I would get done for fraud by the UC system because my payslips would say I have been paid one amount but my bank account wouldn't have that money in.
Apparently this terrible state of affairs CAUSED by Disability Positive "may continue for several months" because there will now no longer be the correct amount of money to pay me, in the account, until the tax rebate they have allegedly applied for, gets returned to the account. They should never have given me a tax rebate from that account in the first place. The key thing about a TAX rebate is that the TAX OFFICE rebate it to the employee that's why it is called a tax rebate. Moreover why they didn't just bother to communicate with my employer and ask them what they wanted to do about said wrongly paid tax (also an error on the part of disability positive, so they created the problem, then made more problems by the way they "fixed" the first one) is anybody's guess.
Absolutely appalling.
If it wasn't my good friend who I am working for i would have quit my PA job by now because disability positive leaves me dangling on a penniless thread and being forced to use an overdraft just to get bread and milk because of their payment inaccuracies and lack of communication .
Do not recommend.
If you are a disabled person please don't use this service if you value your employees and want them to get paid on time and have accurate payslips.

Also I wrote a complaint in to payroll nearly a fortnight ago. They haven't even bothered replying. Not even an automatic reply to state we have received your complaint and will look into it.

Absolutely disgusting appalling level of service.

Used to be a good service, but over the last few months it has become appalling. Been asking for a manager to contact me for months, to no avail. It seems no one checks my account and does anything I request. Unfortunately I have two accounts and I am always having to chase things up regarding both.

Appalling lack of service and responsibility. Should avoid if at all possible.

Edit to reply: Every time I ask to speak to a manager or complaints the person put me on hold for a few seconds then cuts me off, wish I could say I am surprised.
