I just like to say this is probably the best charity I've been to so far

and my number one place to go to for help for job searches or just job searching through the IT every Thursday,

And having a great opportunity if you have need help with

IT or have fears of IT, there's an IT course on Tuesdays going through basic it skills and help with typing, using word, excel, ETC

And the amazing people like
Daphne, Willow,

Who helped me got through the DVLA forms and their support
It's thanks to them that I was able to get a proper photo ID

it's now a lot more easier to apply certain jobs or other volunteering or other things,
and for that I was so grateful.

The lady who contacted me today by telephone to help me was full of kindness, so professional and knowledgeable. I must say that if everyone using DRC is being supported by this lady and her colleagues we are all in good hands!!

I cannot express in words just how supportive and encouraging this lady was on this call. Not only that she was someone who actively listened and not one of those callers who listen and get bored of hearing about your problems and are ready to end the call after recording the facts on paperwork or forms. You know that feeling when someone gets frustrated and depressed from what you say because they’re incapable of listening and helping you because they’re clock watching and hate their jobs.

Well from this call I can confidently say so far I am pleased to be able to get help from an advisor who sounds like and is genuine and authentic with their manner and tone. She is very clearly happy in her job and with the work she does.
