Absolute ridiculous say they will help but with zero help make you wait on phone calls that never happen with yourself ringing them to be told No. 😡🤬. ABSOLUTE JOKE THE WHOLE SYSTEM.

Unfortunately, I have been treated with contempt, dismissed, lied to, and been supjected to vile, spiteful abuse from Disability Stockport. Promised help and support, and after 8 months without contact, told.I was a liar and made up their proposal of help! Their complaints process has been shown to be flawed and contradicts itself; their trustees dismissed all questions I have raised, even questioning me saying "how do we know you are even Autistic?", when I my referal was for help to understand my diagnosis, and I was advised to do so by the Autsim Diagnosis Team! They have zero understanding of Autism or the anxiety and problems it has on people. They accept staff and clients can speak to each other in as rude or nasty way as they like, and nothing can or will be done - so abusive language is an acceptable form of communicate to Disability Stockport, so be prepared to be spoken to however they want. After more than a year from my referal, I have had NO help or support, despite their promises, and they have provided no explanation at all as to what happened to my referral for 8 months! Strung me along, then put me through 3 months of hell when I dare ask what was going on.

Manager Gav Jones likes to belittle people on Facebook and insult those that remind him that other could be suffering with their mental health. I personally think it makes the diverse, equality, inclusivity statements seem very insincere. You should try harder
