Great girls doing the paperwork for pip at this branch in Torquay Devon
Very welcoming and efficient in their jobs
Please support this facility by making a donation in branch for all their hard work
These ladies are not employed by the council (unfortunately)they are all volunteers who are donating their time and energy so they are providing this service to help people like me who is recovering from double carpel tunnel surgery was unable to fill in a pip renewal form of 27 pages
These ladies did this for me and sent it off with my supporting evidence

Not very nice, the woman I saw when I walked in was rude, seemed to be in a bad mood. I went there before for help years ago and got the same response, It seems things haven’t changed!

I have been used the service several times due to my disability and they helped me a lot, I can't be thankful enough of the help they've been provided for me, my day to day life would be impossible without their help! Telephone wasn't working on the day we checked the website but it was working the next day. So if you call and get a dead line don't assume it's closed down like we did....try again later or another day
