I contacted these people and it took them about 5 weeks to get back to me!!
A woman phoned me then suddenly put me on hold, came back, told me she would call me back in 10/15 mins and never heard anything back so had to call them back!!
Don’t actually feel like they’re very helpful when you need them!

Claim they want to help the abused but they don’t like to pay their staff what they are owed once they have left!!! Disgraceful
