In their initial emails and phone conversations they seemed pleasant and willing to help. Days later I was sent an abrupt, vaguely worded dismissal with out so much as even an apology. Though they have had time to help my abusive ex get away with lying to the court and alienating me from my child. My experience can only deem this service to be unfit for it's purpose.

Just want to say a massive thank you to DAVSS for all their help and support at a very tricky an awful time in my life. In particular one, who was wonderful and helped me through everything. Her knowledge, help and advice she gave me was absolutely amazing and I can’t thank her enough. Also my counsellor was great as well and helped me so much and she made life a lot easier than it could have been. Thank you all so so much! x

They haven’t helped me with anything whatsoever. Just pass you onto someone else and someone else. Would not recommend for any women to seek help there. Not sure why they get paid.
