Having lost my father recently, I have been left with the task of clearing his possessions. I have been taking the better things to Dorothy House in Corsham, and the staff have been great, with the exception of an elderly lady who thinks she is in charge, and treated me and my family as if we were kids when delivering our latest free gift to them.
I am a 57 year old adult, delivering my late fathers more worthwhile possessions, in a sturdy box on a trolley, to the shop and putting it where she wanted it. I do not expect to be spoken to like a child by someone who is under the impression she is important enough not to treat her customers with respect. This is the last time I will be donating to this establishment and I advise others to donate and shop elsewhere as well....
