I recently purchased at the store and yes there does seem to be bargins and some nice items cost more as not second hand. I was appalled by the staff who helped with my transaction. Incredible rude when asking about delivery service of items and the process to donate. The individual ask if I was paying by credit card to which I said no using my debit card and they said it's the same thing. I had to bite my tongue because I wanted to say a credit card is a credit inwhich if I do not pay right away will incur interests which will also have to be paid where as a debit is directly paying for the item.

The indivual may had an invisible disability which I can appreciate places allowing him/her to work but please setup a customer service training program to delivery politeness to customers who are purchasing items.

I would hesitate going back now.

Won’t be bothering with this charity shop anymore. The prices have always been on the higher side but after a recent visit it’s the staff that’s really put me off. Normally the staff are quite friendly. On this occasion I’m browsing the ladies tops and see that there’s one that’s clearly dirty (several brown smears on the front). I try to ignore it but can’t so grab the attention of a member of staff who’s talking to another volunteer and point them out. I’ve worked in a charity shop myself so personally if it was stained I’d have put it out for the rag man or washed it if it was dirty. I thought maybe someone hadn’t noticed. The woman scoffed that ‘it’s second hand’ so what did I expect and that it ‘was probably just make up’ and should come off in the wash. Her attitude was that seeing as it was so cheap what was the big deal, besides ‘it had been steamed’. I get that all clothes are steamed but hanging out dirty or stained clothes, same as broken or ripped, just looks like you don’t give a s**t in my opinion. I felt quite uncomfortable with how abrupt and defensive she was. There’s plenty of other cheaper and friendly charity shops dotted about the high street so we’ll stick to them instead.

Convenient space to drop off goods and they also take furniture which a lot of charity shops don’t. We thought the lady on the tills was very helpful and friendly.

Most of the time the staff are very helpful and friendly but I went in yesterday and I have an emergency card a tall slim blonde lady who not let me use the toilet even though I was in pain just stared at me and was rude, obviously does not like females. So then went to Sainsbury’s and asked and they was lovely.

This is amazing Charity to to because they will always help you out with anything and you can donate any amount of money and you can donate any items that you can donate in a memory of your Mum’s and Dad’s we Have lost ok
