The place is located opposite Post Office Depot on Alder Hills Poole to the right.
They have a lot of things there, some things are free and others you must pay little amounts in comparison to retail prices. However, you can only buy goods from them if you pay a yearly subscription fee of £5, which I didn’t mind because the items I was going to buy would have costed me 5 times more from the retail shop.
The people working there are friendly and chatty and you can spend good two hours looking around.
There’s a small parking space opposite the entrance to the shop.
Definitely a place to go and visit if you want to buy arts and crafts, bulk buy on carpets, wrapping paper and cellophane, boxes and electrical cable.
See you soon ladies and thank you for your assistance.

On my last visit not too impressed TBH.
A lady kindly donated a bag of scrap items to the Scrapstore. The lady that went though the bag a few minutes later and i could hear her keep implying it was TAT mostly. Not at all subtle or grateful for the donation.

We love the Dorset Scrapstore! This is a gem of a place with loads of things to spark the imagination. I’ve found amazing fabric, which I’m making into blinds, wonderful card for Christmas decorations and my kids had a ball finding things they’d like to upcycle and create with. Thank you for being a joyful and welcoming place to come and visit!

A hidden gem. The staff clearly really care about this shop. It's more than a shop really and more of a community. The lady behind the till told me that the shop is a charity run shop, run by one man who goes out in search of 'scraps' to sell and then the volunteers run the shop. There's lots of useful items and you find yourself going round saying "oooh I could make 'X' with that!" Really worth a visit!
