Very basic ground but adequate for the level. The area is shared with a cricket club making it a three sided ground. The Clubhouse is pretty basic being a shared facility. The standard of football was pretty good in this play off match with Downham just scraping the win.

The walk from the carpark to the pitch round the back is a bit long if you struggle with walking, but it is paved all the way, the facilities are excellent and the staff are lovely everything was very clean and tidy in the club house and my son said the pitch was really good to play on, so a winner for me

The trees behind the pitch look great and the amount of work the local council had done to the pitch it should be great next season

Good, friendly club that would welcome your support. Highest level they have ever played and they play good passing football. Great blend of youth and experience in their squad.
£6 to get in and £1 programme, free seat in the stand if you are early enough!

My son played football for Downham Town FC, said it’s a great atmosphere, great team and enjoyed the team spirit that the club promotes! Good to hear this nowadays! Well down to the club! Unfortunately he had to transfer to a closer to home team due to cost of living recently but thru no fault of the team!

Cracking venue. Plenty of parking. Very decent facilities. Covid-19 observed perfectly. NHS track and trace QR code clearly displayed everywhere.

Took an u17 side to play Downham Vets on 12/10/20. Made to feel very welcome.
