ADDICTIVE~spoilt for choice so much had to return for another therapy wkd session.
Dents handbag ~ Dresses
Dawood toaster & 2 kettles.
Prices are competitive & lots of variety.
Good experience, something for every occasion. Tills are extremely busy, so be prepared for que!!!

Loved it, first time visiting. We found loads of great designer clothes, shoes for him and little one. A designer bag for me, suit for son and dresses for daughter-in-law and grand daughter. We shopped until we needed a break. The cafe was running on maximum capacity, full chairs and tables, while many waiting for food. All worth waiting for.. really worth a visit.. nezt time we may get time for the garden centre too.

Came for a bank holiday shop, never again! Premium priced shopping centers are normally perfect for a good experience but this one forgot that the experience has to be premium, staff are short to the point of rudeness and the food is worse than a school canteen. Definitely advise shopping anywhere else.

Downtown Grantham is a great place to visit, excellent staff great service , restaurant and cafes superb food and drink , the clothes department has everything X great prices X something for everyone and the garden department and fish section 1st class. The Christmas displays have been great. Well done to all the staff, it's a great place to visit
26th August 2023, yet again so many visits made, staff excellent, the store is amazing, food, garden, restaurant, 100% excellent, delivery service you name it, a fantastic place to visit
9th September had a delivery 7.9.23 excellent service came within time frame , again fantastic service. 6 2 24 yet again fantastic service , they work so hard to make store look fantastic well done. 16th April x again a good visit x store looks amazing x had a good visit to garden pond department x staff excellent helpful x got my purchases and then across at the house cloths building x they recyle water cartridges excellent x again excellent staff well done x cheers nicki t and they have a food bank donation at service tills animal and for humans fantastic 😀 13th July 2024 yet again amazing service at Grantham bought a new bed Gemma very helpful then bar stools assisted by Evie and collected at bay 2 helpful collection Dave Creasey helpful unpacked boxes in to my car excellent service as always cheers nicki t 12th September just had 2nd bed delivery again 100 % SERVICE great delivery men came within slot time x highly recommend Downtown for everything cheers nicki t xxx 26th February 2025 highly recommend afternoon tea for two x took my mum today had a wonderful experience at the garden centre restaurant give it ago excellent food had to bring a doggie bag home with the food not eaten fabulous time had x cheers nicki t

Best shop ever i always go when me and my friend are in town so fun to look around toys are so cool and I love looking at all the books not been in the cafe yet but the food smells delicious

Very busy but plenty of parking and didn't feel too crammed in the store. Lots of stock in Boundary Mills Outlet but mostly small or very large sizes, not a lot of choice for regular size. Cafe was extremely busy so didn't stay for a cuppa, perhaps next time. Tills were efficient with very small queue which is a change.

Been many years since ii last visited and BOY what a disappointment.
Prices were sky high so everything was un-buyable, even the sales items were stupidly expensive.
Staff were like over enthusiastic children except for one woman who worked in the cafeteria, I've never seen someone look quite so miserable in a customer facing role. She looked like she wanted to be ANYWHERE but at work (well it WAS a Bank Holiday 😂🙄)
