Always had excellent service, both in person and via the patient access app. Repeat prescriptions are turned around promptly and as ordered via the app, only supply what I need. When I needed an appointment the app offered a triage call, which followed with a face to face appointment organised during the call. Faultless service.

I have only had positive experiences since joining Annandale Surgery 1yr ago after moving to Potters Bar. The reception and healthcare staff have always been lovely and my family have always been able to get a same day appointment when it has been necessary. The nursing staff were also.fantastic with my children when giving their vaccinations.

My wife and I have been attending Annandale Surgery since we arrived in Potters Bar in 1973. In all that time, apart from the odd glitch, I and my family have always been treated extremely well, all the staff have been professional, supportive and attentive. I cannot speak highly enough of them and am surprised by some of the negative comments and low scores from some patients. It has never been our experience and this is an opportunity for us to say "Thank You".

I think there is a problem with people renewing prescriptions. Until now, they are giving what they want, not what I ordered. I'm calling, I'm slowly giving names one by one, she gives medicine that I don't want and don't need. I make a phone appointment with Dr. I make them repeat, I don't understand why they do this,
they have problems with me, I couldn't understand with them, Now again, my child's medicine is over, it is very urgent, he needs to take his medicine, but we have been trying for 3 days again and I am still breaking myself so that I can tell them a simple matter.

Spent 3 afternoons calling practically nonstop with no answer so I sent them a polite email requesting a call back. This is what they replied, “PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL REQUESTS FOR MEDICAL ADVICE/CONSULTATIONS VIA EMAIL. YOU WILL NEED TO PHONE THE SURGERY AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO SPEAK WITH THE DOCTOR.”

I’m pretty sure the lady from peep show works here also.

The most idiotic appointment booking system. You are told by the automated message to call after 10am to make an appointment. You call after 10am and wait in the queue for half an hour only to be told they don't book appointments ahead and you should call for an on the day appointment at 8am. An on the day appointment was always for an urgent matter. What kind of GP does not book appointments ahead?!

So horrible attitude!!! Just call you to inform that your prescription ready!No explanation of test results , no discussion of your diagnosis.Even the doctor doesn't spend the time to call you.So poor attitude to the people.shame..

I like all the Drs - the staff are amazing and kind. I can only sing praise for this lovely group of people who do their best with what is sometimes out of control
