A lady with blonde short hair Really rude to me and my 3 year old son as he was playing and looking at the toys in the toy section she didn’t like my son looking at the toys as she thought my son was breaking them and he was surely not breaking things !! There was a little car which came apart and you can build it back again she made out it didn’t . What ever the case what happened my son didn’t do nothing wrong she made me feel so bad for nothing I kept apologising she didn’t care one bit , I was going to get my son and baby daughter something but I didn’t in the end as she made me feel like I shouldn’t so I just left with my son crying . My poor kids .
Usually I don’t have no problems with that shop the other staff are so lovely ! But that one lady , if she’s had a bad day don’t make our day horrible she needs to think maybe I was having a bad day or something was happening in my life which is upsetting .

Disgusting attitude of the staff.
I had 5 bags of my late father in law's clothes ( who passed away this week ) and I turned up at the pilgrims shop in Dymchurch a couple of minutes after they shut , but 3 women were still in there clearing up..I knocked and asked if they would like them and take my bags in, obviously to sort on Monday, after being ignored I knocked again, when a lady opened the door, she asked me if I paid tax for " gift aid" when I said I was retired, she said no thank you , and shut the door ...FIVE bags of good quality , freshly washed, ironed and folded neatly, with some even brand new still in the wrapping...
I can't believe they could act like this ,...but I suppose what is their loss, it is another charity's gain......
But it still didn't take away the fact that they were so rude...

To be fair to them, when I complained to the head office , a gentleman was really angry at what had happened, and couldn't apologise enough..
