This service is essential to our community. I appreciate it very much. Bookings have to be made in advance to ensure good service. Office staff and drivers are all very efficient and competent in their work and service they provide. The cost also is kept low and affordable for all. Almost 2 weeks after enquiring and waiting for an application form, nothing from this service through the post. As a newly diagnosed disabled person, I would have at least appreciated being told of certain eligibility criteria or if I didn't meet the demographic, but 2 weeks on without any form of contact I find it very poor from such a charity, especially one that's in my local area.

I broke my ankle in September and after this my mum who has Alzheimers became seriously ill and was admitted to hospital. I spoke to Sharon at ECT who was very caring and compassionate. Sharon urgently organised for me to join ECT stating "you must see your mum in hospital urgently". Sharon is a huge credit to ECT with her compassion and efficient manor. A huge thank you to Sharon. Also a huge thank you to the lovely drivers at ECT who were very kind to me.
