Don't call if you're a man. As someone who tried to work with ESDAS during the pandemic to help vulnerable people, I was very disappointed when I needed to contact them about some abuse and stalking I had endured and the person I talked to not only sounded like she didn't want to talk to me, but like she didn't beleive me either. Never again!

When I had a lady called Keisha helping me she was the most amazing lady I’ve ever met.and she helped me so much ,but unfortunately she has left .I have emailed this company twice pleading for help, I have had a youth worker also email and I have had no response whatsoever, not to mention nobody took over from Keisha as promised. I have been left with no help and a stalker causing me more problems than before ,yet all the supervisors seem to have done is left me with no phones and laptop no CCTV and no one will get back to me ,but this is not aimed at the people that work there they are amazing this I think has more to do with the supervisor. I am absolutely disgusted in how they’ve left my situation considering they called the police as they were worried for this constant stalkers safety .where is the sense in that I have been left vulnerable and at breaking point .I have emailed them even suggesting that I don’t want to be here anymore and I have still been ignored. my phones and laptop have been gone since the 8th of December 2022 thanks to the supervisor, at this company not sure who it wasBut you would’ve thought before contacting the police she may have contacted me and asked me what was going on instead this person has left me with nothing and no one. So thanks very much to the person in question whoever this may be because it was only the decision of a supervisor not the people that work there like I said they are absolutely amazing from my experience but then it’s the same with the Police as soon as evidence goes to the supervisor once again they’re the ones that mess everything up but if anyone is offered help from these people I strongly advise you to take it as they are very very supportive just be careful what you say
