Not for profit?!...... you are running a £50 a go! unregistered wax removal service with somone who is not trained/ audiologist, you charge for this and are putting patients at risk. Leave it to the proffesionals. You had a great set up a couple of years ago when i came with my parents,..... but as usual egos and money take over !! i came last week totally different ethos.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service at first. I had washed my moulds but whe I put them back on they didn't work.
I wasn't surprised they also couldn't get them to work. Then.........
They gave me a phone number to call.
How unsympathetic. Absolutely no empathy whatsoever. Nothing in life upsets me more then being asked to ring somewhere.
To be asked to do so by a hearing organisation . PATHETIC.
You wouldn't point directions at a blind man would you ?

In lockdown I did a beginners BSL class over zoom. Marc our tutor was amazing! I learnt so much in such a short time and he kept the group engaged and made us all laugh with his jokes, particularly those about his cats. I highly recommend this class to everyone.

It was good to know that there is some where to go who can help. It was just a shame that the person who did the alteration I needed didn't put the same dome back on as the one that was put on was to big and uncomfortable.

I needed to hire a hearing loop for a large public event. The East Sussex Hearing Resource Centre immediately stepped up to help. Much assistance was given, the price and terms were very reasonable, and guests described the loop as "the best I'd ever heard" and "it was really clear".
