Had washing machine from here 12 years ago, yes was used but only broke almost 12 months ago, is a fine place if you have little money which back then I didn't have much. So would recommend for that reason. Delivery was almost immediate back then but maybe different now. Always worth a look.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. All they care about is your money they appliances are not tested to good standard as we had not one but 2 ovens delivered both with faults.The owner is rude and left us without an oven from 11th November 2022to January 27th 2023. And when my mother asked her what he is going to do about getting a new oven he refused and shouted at her. I AM WARNING YOU DON’T BUY ANYTHING HERE!!

This is was not expected, after viewing the website which looks impressive. Really sad to say that what I found was a Dirty Old warehouse, full of half decent second-hand fridges and cookers that were really dirty, and seemed to be over-priced for their age and condition.

We were reassured that the prices were helping the Charity, fair enough. But we left quickly and went to 2 other appliance warehouses in wolverhampton. Where the first one we went to we found were actually CLEANING all their Appliances, and prices were similar but everything was nice and clean and looked after.

As for the 3rd warehouse we visited well with prices for better quality and newer second-hand items being £15 less, well we brought from the warehouse where the prices were a lot cleaner and clearer to see...

Suggest you look around at what's on offer, then make the best buying decision.

I bought a washing machine in the middle of December 2020, when the machine came it had a very bad smell in it(its second hand so I guess that was i expecting) anyways I washed the machine out by using bleach and other disinfectant/washing powder to help wash away the smell, in January I went to the owner and told him what was wrong and that I wanted a refund, he said just look at another one and pay the difference. Silly me because I did and then when that machine came, the place flood out and I was like ok, i will wait and try and see what next, then the machine stop spinning, I went to see him again and told him wats wrong, at this point he was fred up of me coming back but he acted nice, I was fed up too. Now he recommended I get it fix by his people. I said no i want my money back, he then said only offer he can do was to sell me new washing machine and I payed the difference. This man was charging me more than the difference, I said I cant pay that much so I said what I can afford, we agreed and thats it. Now this so call brand new washing machine shouldn't have no problem right, wow how wrong was I. This man is a rip off, he said I had 1 Year warranty with the machine brand so all I had to do is call up, now when I called up and ask about it they said I had to get insurance or i have to pay for the call out. I called back the man to explain he needs to come have a look at the machine and he told me they busy and I should get one of my friends to have a look at it. How rude of him to even think to say that to me. I will be taking this to court if I have to because I paid for something thats not working and this man thinks he was in the right. Plus those machine he is selling there is no 1 year warranty on them and you will just waste your money to buy anything there. This is why I will never buy back nothing like things second hand. Ithere is more but i had to try cut this short.

This business states on their receipt that 'refunds will not be given'. This is against the law and trading standards have been informed. Machine broke twice in 2 months. Fixed first time, second time I waited in 5 days all day and they never showed. When I phoned I was told the engineer had gone home! 5 times!! The man who owns it is rude and obnoxious. One time asking me if I can read (due to statement on receipt) and most times shouting incomprehensibly so I couldn't talk at all!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Bought and paid for yesterday
Nothing delivered, allowed them till 11pm promised Saturday morning still not delivered must be a scam no wonder they insist on cash

Buy any household equipments 2nd hand but very good working condition!
