I never imagined I'd need a care package but major health issues earlier this year left it impossible to cope on my own any more. I was allocated a care company by the local authorities and really did not enjoy the experience. I eventually switched to Eleanor Care and was immediately put at ease by the manager Emma and then the first care assistant who visited who was friendly and went through what was needed etc and what i wanted from them. Since then we have built a fantastic relationship and they support my needs superbly with the minimum of fuss and are always happy to go the extra mile if my needs change etc.
In addition to my physical needs they also keep my home clean and tidy with special mention to Chloe who keeps the place spotless alongside her other duties.
I don't write reviews as a rule but I felt moved to recommend their services as it is so rare to find such a great company with fabulous and professional care assistants and pro active management. Highly Recommended

Excellent home care company. They provide quality care for all clients and ensure individuals needs are met. Visits are tailored to each individual clients specific needs and wants. Office staff are always on hand to speak to and if any concerns are raised regarding individuals then they action it immediately. Carers go above and beyond to ensure clients are safe and happy in their own home.

Excellent Care company from the frontline carers to the office staff and management. All the staff are friendly, kind and efficient in everything they do, to ensure the service user gets the best care and independence in their day to day lives. I feel like I now need to change my original review which was nothing but praise to Eleanor care and can't thank them enough for what they did for my uncle which is the gentleman in the pictures uploaded by the two woman. I am by the way my uncles NOK and appointee. I can't go into much detail but I can confirm the 1st picture was 5 years ago and the 2nd picture was just before he went into hospital as he was known to self neglect and refusing of personal cares. Professionals were involved and also the relevant other bodies. My uncle was not neglected by Eleanor care at all. In fact, the care they provided for my uncle was outstanding and that is why I chose to go back to them when my uncle came home from a care home this year. My uncle passed away in hospital as he had a fall at home, he was in hospital 3 weeks before he died and contacted COVID which led to breathing difficulties. The woman leaving the bad reviews are not factual and seem to have a vendetta against the manager Emma for doing her job correctly which they hated. Again, I can't go into too much detail but I can tell you nothing that has been put in the reviews by the two woman is true, they are trying to damage Emma's reputation as a manger who by the way is the most proslfessional caring person I have ever come across and the care her team of carers deliver are just amazing. I would 1000 percent recommend Eleanor care to anybody looking for a package of care and hope you see my review and know that what has been put is not true but nothing more can be said due to GDPR reasons. From the bottom of my heart and from my uncle Robert we thank Eleanor care.

Emma and her team helped me a lot with my nan, really took a lot off stress of my shoulders but also gave me immediate updates of my nan. very polite and helpful. 100% would recommend.
