Was invited along to sail with the trust after my illness in 2011, such a great recovery idea, meeting so many young people who were all " In the same boat" and all had a similar story. I was invited back numerous times, where I even gained a sailing qualification and my passion for life was reborn.... Ellen and all the staff at the trust are amazing, and will be looking forwards to around England and the Spinnaker Tower absail in July.....
