Just came back from a week at Ellie's Haven and we cannot fault it one bit. Would highly recommend the home to anyone who has a child with disabilities and sensory needs, as this holiday home covers all bases. Set in a quiet location in the south of Cornwall, the views are amazing. The sensory room is fully accessible when you stay in the house, which is equipped for all types of sensory needs.

A bit mixed feelings, as for accessibility would give it four stars, however I have knocked off a star as Ellie's Haven is a place for disabled children however they chose to discriminate against us as my daughter has an assistance dog and demanded an increased security deposit which is breaking the discrimination act. Treating someone unfairly or differently because they have an assistance dog. Another Star knocked down as we struggled to get to the property as the council were re-laying the roads on the main street either side and the noise for quite a few days were intolerable.

Application has gone ignored for a year despite the assurance ‘We aim to let you know if we can offer you a holiday within a week of receiving your application’ when I’ve tried to contact I’ve just been fobbed off. Terrible way to run things, such a shame as I’d heard only good things, real disappointment.
