Rubbish and shocking communication.
Mum was in a care home and we as a family took the afternoon off as arranged with them to do a house clearance.
They promised to ring an hour before but failed to do so.
I rang up the fisher gate store asked them what was happening and was told I'll ring you back in five minutes.
An hour later no phone call
Therefore I rang them back and after 14 attempts they answered and I was told oh the driver said the furniture is the type we can't sell!!!!

I said how do you know you've not seen it and why didn't you ring us to let us know to which I got told "" sorry it's the incompetence of the staff that work here!!!

Dam right it is the furniture we where giving away was better than what's on sale in the shop

So three people took an afternoon off for these incompetent clowns not to turn up and I won't be leaving it here.

Don't use or trust them

Don't waste your time. Spent all day waiting in. Explained I would have to go at 12. They arrived at 12.30 left a card. I was back at 12.35 and the card says they waited ten minutes then called me. They called me on their way back to base and didn't wait ten minutes. After calling the office numerous times. They don't communicate. Wasted a rare day off work. Wish I had just taken the bed to the skip last week.

Just to thank Shaun and Sean for their help today with a delivery I had arranged for a third party. They were both extremely helpful, taking care with the goods and even took a mattress upstairs for the customer. Thank you
