Brilliant company and service. I needed a drop a wait skip for a Saturday morning as I needed a digger and the skip was left on a curb outside the house in which I needed the drop for around 9am onwards. The skip turned up right on time and having misjudged the amount that needed to be collected and taken away I was in need of another skip. Bay skips were really helpful and as one driver was taking the full skip away there was another driver on his way out with a second skip (the driver agreed to work overtime). Highly recommended.

I’ve been dealing with E.M.S/Bay skips for over 25 years and the staff have always been helpful and kind. If there is ever an issue (not that there are many) the team always try to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. The drivers are very friendly and approachable and have always helped where they can, they are also very experienced drivers and will always try to put the skip where it’s needed as due to the size of the vehicles it’s not always possible to put the skip where people want it. I would always recommend Bay skips if any of my friends or family need a skip.

EMS are, and have always been EXCELLENT.
Friendly and helpful staff in the office, on the weighbridge and the lorry drivers. Prices on skips are fair, scrap metal prices are fair, service all round is the way it should be. I would give 6 stars if I could!

All the staff are all so helpful and friendly if I have a questions I can message them and they get me the info I need straight away what helps my business so much . There all always professional and will go out there way to make your experience there so easy . I would say after using them for over 5 years now they have become friends . Good bunch of people .
